• How does it work?

  • Games at Arcade Monsters are set to a Free Play mode. An unlimited play wristband is required for each person to enter and play the games. Arcade Monsters is an immersive atmosphere with the greatest lineup of games on the planet, immersive artwork, decor, games, staff and a-one-of-a-kind experience.

• Are kids allowed?

  • All Arcade Monsters locations are all ages at all times. There are no age restrictions.

• Are reservations required?

  • Reservations are not required for game play. Reservations are recommended for birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and any special occasions. Visit the “Parties and Reservations” tab if you need to book a table.

• Do you franchise?

  • Not at the moment, but we are always looking to expand! If you have an arcade or business you are looking to sell, please contact us at thearcademonsters@gmail.com.

• Do we need our own controllers?

  • No. We have all required controllers for the console games behind the counter. Come up and tell us which game you want to play. We only need to hold an ID.

• What if a game does not start?

  • Some games did not have a Free Play setting back in the day. On these machines, we’ve installed our own button to credit up the games. If a game is asking for credits, check the coin door beneath the controls - you will see a button with a label that says “Push once for credits”.

• Do you purchase arcade games?

  • Yes, we are always on the lookout for new, old, and unique games. You can send any inquiries and listings to your local arcade monsters location by sending them an email or send it to: thearcademonsters@gmail.com
